Are your items original / authentic?
Yes! All of our merchandise is authentic, original and brand new. We receive all of our merchandise directly from the brand manufacturer and send all purchases out exactly as they are received; including their original packaging.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are normally shipped within 1 business day after the purchase is made.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING via USPS for all domestic orders. Shipping upgrades are available for a fee.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship internationally and worldwide. Shipping will is calculated at checkout.
What's the return policy?
RReturns & Exchanges Policy
In order to return an item, you need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number online, please go to the Returns Center. Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for ten days.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
- The RMA number must be written clearly on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges) Note: you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days from delivery for Pre-Owned items.
Warranty?
We offer 1 Year warranty with our company for manufacturer defects.
Does not include Scratches or misuse.
However, the item comes with the original manufacturer warranty directly from the brand and any claims after the year can be handled directly with their warranty/repair department.
